Welcome to Tradorade. These Terms and Conditions clearly explain the agreements that apply when you use our web application.

1. About Tradorade

Tradorade is an online trading journal. By purchasing a subscription, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Tradorade.

2. Subscriptions and Pricing

  • Access: You receive full access to the web application immediately after payment.
  • Pricing:
    • Monthly subscription: EUR 19.99 per month (including VAT).
    • Annual subscription: EUR 199.00 per year (including VAT).
  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled in time.

3. Payment

  • Payments are made in advance through the payment providers available on the website.
  • If an automatic charge or renewal payment fails, Tradorade reserves the right to temporarily suspend account access until payment is completed.

4. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to the application until the end of the already paid subscription period.
  • Right of Withdrawal: By subscribing, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the digital service. You therefore agree to waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Data and Privacy

  • Ownership: You remain the sole owner of the trading data you enter into Tradorade.
  • Security: We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

6. No Financial Advice (Disclaimer)

  • Tradorade is an administrative tool and does not provide financial advice or buy/sell signals.
  • Trading in financial markets involves risk. Tradorade is not liable for any trading losses or financial damage resulting from the use of the application.

7. Availability and Maintenance

  • We aim to keep the application available at all times.
  • The website may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to necessary maintenance or updates. Tradorade is not liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary unavailability.

8. Changes

  • We may change these Terms and pricing. For significant changes, you will be informed by email at least 30 days in advance.
  • If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel your subscription free of charge before the effective date.

9. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by international law.
